A couple days ago, I headed to downtown LA with some lovely ladies to check out the flower markets in the Fashion District. My mom wanted to look for flowers and other supplies for my bother’s wedding, so we packed ourselves into the car and hopped on the freeway. I’ve been downtown plenty of times, but I’ve only been to the Fashion District once, so I was really excited to see the flower markets, all of the fabric and textile stalls and just take in some of the sights and sounds of “the big city.” (I live in Orange County, which sometimes feels like one large suburb of LA) I made sure to take lots of photos!
The ladies in the photo from left to right: Sarah (my sister), Susanna (my mom’s coworker’s sister), Rachel (my mom’s coworker), and last but not least, my mom (isn’t she so cute in her maxi skirt and big sunglasses??).
Thanks for reading :)
