Hello, friends, I did it! I found a new boot for this fall and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you! I have been scouring the racks and browsing for what feels like hours, but I finally found my new fall bootie. I present to you: the diba “Jarvis” bootie!
I found these boots this weekend at DSW. After searching and searching through all of their stock, I finally found this pair in the clearance section (score!), tried them on, discovered they are comfortable and decided they were mine. Original retail price: $75.00; DSW price: $49.95; clearance price: $34.99! (in store price)
Stats on the diba Jarvis bootie: 1 1/2 inch heel height, 6 1/2 inch shaft height, 13 inch calf circumference, faux suede upper in rich brown/tan color and very comfortable. You can still find them available online at DSW here.
Of course, I have already tried them on with a variety of different styles – including with and without jeans and with and without socks – and I am pleased to report that I love them all! I cannot wait to pair them with dresses and pants alike and basically wear them non-stop from now until they fall apart.
I can already tell these are going to be a very versatile boot. The faux suede finish makes them easy to dress up, while the simplistic cut and rich brown color makes them just as easy to dress down. The shaft height is also perfect for me, not too short to cut me off at the ankle, but just short enough to still be considered a bootie. Also, while they work perfectly for fall, I can easily see them transitioning through winter and even into spring and next summer simply because they are that neutral.
I cannot wait to wear them and put together a perfectly fall ensemble with my new boots! I hope you enjoyed this sneak peek, stay tuned for an outfit post to see how I style these cute booties. ;)
Have a fabulous week! As always, thanks for reading :), Kristi
