Hello, friends, Happy Friday! Man, it has been a weird week, thank goodness for Fridays, amiright?! Ooh, ooh so recently I was catching up on one of my favorite go-to blogs for DIY inspirations – yes missy! – when I came across this post on Easy Peasy Sharpie Nail Art. As you might infer, it includes inspiration for easy designs you can draw on your nails with indelible marker to create a high-end nail art look. Check out my version:
I absolutely love, love, LOVE this shade of nude polish – isn’t it to die for?! It is a really sheer pink hue with a hint of gold shimmer to it, which is how I knew it would look great paired with gold. The gold tips really make this manicure feel extra fancy, so fancy, in fact, that I might have to make some fancy plans just so I can show my nails off! ;)
The polish: Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in “Nude Now” (#230) // Rimmel London Lasting Finish Pro “Glossy Pink: top coat (#160) // Sharpie marker in Gold Metallic
Unsurprisingly, it was much easier to draw the tips on my left hand than on my right hand; but, after a little practice, I pretty much got the hang of it. This would be super fun to do with girlfriends because you could draw all kinds of designs on your friends’ nails (and vice versa, of course)!
Have a great weekend and, as always, thanks for reading! :), Kristi
