Can I just admit something to you guys?? I LOVE being comfortable. I am all for looking cute and stylish (hello, fashion blogger), but more than anything, I love comfort. So, when a trend comes along that caters to both my love of style and my need for comfort, it’s a win-win! Enter: the jogger pant. I love these babies so much I decided to share not one, not two, but THREE ways on How to Style Jogger Pants!

Since I have a trip coming up (uh, I leave for Europe in two days and I am so not ready, ahhhh!), I have been very seriously analyzing pretty much everything in my closet. I want to attempt two weeks in the Baltic region of Europe in a single carry-on. So, that means that pretty much everything I pack has to be versatile, able to be worn day and night and in a variety of settings. Here’s what I’ve come up with:
Look 1 – Travel
The first look is what I will most likely be wearing on the plane for the (very) long flight. I decided to optimize on the comfort factor for this look with a slouchy white t-shirt and an ultra-soft, long gray cardigan sweater. To complete the look, I added my Nike sneakers (since they are bigger and therefore take up more space in my luggage) and, of course, the suitcase itself.
Details: joggers (Old Navy) // white tee (Old Navy, old) // cardigan (Ann Taylor LOFT) // Nike Flyknit (Nike Outlet)

Look 2 – Casual
This look is cool, comfy and totally casual. Perfect for running around town, kicking back at home or meeting up with friends. I love tank tops like this one; honestly, probably what I wear about 5 days a week, no joke! The Teva’s are also surprisingly comfortable and remind me of when I was a nerdy kid wearing mine through summer with a total “Teva tan!” Ooh and let’s not forget the purse – a favorite that my mom gave to me after she decided she no longer wanted it (I know – say what?!)!
Details: joggers (Old Navy) // gray tank (Old Navy) // Teva flatforms (DSW) // crossbody purse (Fossil, hand-me-down)

Look 3 – Dressy
This is definitely my favorite of the three looks! I don’t dress up often, so when I do, I like to keep it simple, but chic. I think this look fits the bill! This tank top is one of my favorite dressy tops, and I love that I’ve been able to wear it out to events and to work as well. The flats are a new purchase since I’ve been looking for an updated pair, and I LOVE these!!

SURPRISE! I have a bonus fourth look to share with you guys! I’ve actually style these pants for work on my blog before, so here’s a fourth look, just for you! ;)
Look 4 – Work
I won’t say much about this look since you can actually see all the details of this outfit in the original post (here), BUT I did absolutely love wearing these pants to work. I mean, office appropriate pants that are as comfortable as sweat pants?? No brainer!

I’m pretty sure I’ve fully demonstrated my love for these jogger pants, but, sadly, a girl can’t survive on joggers alone. I’ve been on the hunt for more pants that are cute and versatile enough to work, for travel and out and about. Luckily, I about the “dress pant yoga pants” from Betabrand, and then discovered that they have a whole section of these awesome women’s pants! My favorite are probably the Crop Dress Pants in Marsala because I can totally see these ones becoming quick favorites.
The cool thing I discovered about Betabrand is that it’s crowdfunding for clothing, so if you have a great idea for a clothing design, you can submit it and if people vote for it and back it, it could become a reality! I might be creating some more designs…. just sayin’. ;)
Are you a fan of the jogger? Do you have any versatile pants like the Betabrand pants?? Please share!! :)
As always, thanks for reading!
